Update 0.1.0.39 | Control Binding Window and Matchmaking

  • Bindings are now configured in a separate modal dialog that clearly describes the process and lets you choose what to do next. To reassign an axis or button combination, click on it in the controls window. Previously, the binding process was non-modal, which caused inconvenience and required extra steps to fix accidental bindings. As before, all settings are saved atomically after explicit confirmation when leaving the controls page.
  • Improved the automatic server selection algorithm for multiplayer. It now relies on actual network latency and prefers servers with the lowest ping for you.
  • Fixed country selection in TDM mode. Resolved an issue where a squad member's country was forcibly changed to the leader's country when joining a session. Country is now synchronized with the leader only if the player's chosen nation is not available on the leader's team side in the current mode.
  • Adjusted matchmaking settings: priority has shifted toward increasing the number of live players in a session. Average maximum wait time will increase only slightly — by no more than 25 seconds.
  • Fixed an issue causing UI navigation hints to randomly disappear. Hints are only shown when a gamepad — or a device recognized by the system as a gamepad — is connected.
  • Fixed outdated axis parameter values (non-linearity, correction, etc.) being displayed in the control settings window.
