Update 0.1.0.17 | Movable kneeboard map

The kneeboard map can now be freely dragged around the cockpit and left wherever is most convenient.
Fixed an issue in Test Flights where selecting the “Stealth” ammo belts was ignored and the weapons were loaded with “Tracers” instead.
Three-digit page numbers on the Monthly Leaderboards screen now fit correctly on the navigation buttons.
On the War Stories mode screen, a hint has been added showing the conditions to unlock the next mission if it is unavailable.
Fixed the display of aircraft cards when purchasing DLC, the top part of the cards is no longer cut off.
Menu fonts have been updated and unified for better readability.
Custom battles: fixed an issue in the [Operation] “Berlin” mission where it was impossible to respawn when choosing the German side.

Fixed a crash related to the Steam Overlay and some other third-party overlays.
Fixed blacklist behavior: you can now add a player to your blocklist even if they have already blocked you.
